Long time Australian metal and rock Promoter and Publicist, Chris Maric, has launched his new company, Maric Media.
With a history reaching back 15 years, Chris has worked the promo for Network TEN, Sony Music, Universal Music, EMI and has been (and still is) the Promotions & Artist Relations Manager at metal and hard rock specialists, Riot Entertainment.
Chris has been freelancing to various promoters and artists for a few years now and the next logical step was to create a brand and expand the role. Something that has been kicking around in his head since his EMI days.
Working with everyone from major tour promoters to the brand new garage band that needs a bit of profile, Chris aims to help them achieve whatever they need within the Australian & NZ media and beyond. There are packages available to suit any need, weather it's a bio that needs writing to a full-blown album & tour campaign or anything in between.
Having always been known during his time at the major labels as 'the metal guy' Chris has a very specialised focus on working with rock and metal bands to gain them exposure in an industry that is hard to crack, especially outside the regular and very supportive metal media.
